We are a luxury mobile barbershop that offers private, on-demand grooming at your location. We use newer-model, retrofitted Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter vans for a reliable, high-end experience.

We serve Austin and surrounding areas including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Leander.
How is this different from a barbershop?
No waiting. No crowds. Just a private, premium grooming experience at your convenience.

How do I book?
Appointments can be booked online 24/7. For same-day availability, call or text 737-393-1515.
Do you accept same-day appointments?
Yes, depending on availability. Direct contact via telephone is the best way to secure a Same-Day appointment.
Services
What services do you offer?
Haircuts, beard grooming, beard sculpting, and hot towel razor shaves.
Do you offer kids haircuts?
Yes, we do offer kids haircuts. However, pricing remains the same for all clients.
Each appointment requires the same operational setup, including generator power, fuel consumption, and use of the fully equipped mobile barbershop. These costs remain constant regardless of the client’s age, which is why all services are priced equally.
What areas do you service?
We operate within a standard 15-mile service radius from our central location in North Austin.
Appointments outside of this area may still be available for an additional travel fee, depending on distance and scheduling.

Experience
Where does the service take place?
Inside our fully equipped luxury mobile barbershop at your location. We are able to accommodate “In-House” services for those who would rather receive services in the privacy of their home (a slight up-charge may apply)
How long does an appointment take?
Most services take approximately 45–60 minutes.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle and Cash.
A surcharge of 3.5% applies to all CREDIT/DEBIT card transactions.
(No surcharge applies to any other form of payment)
Booking/Cancellation Policies
Phresh Express operates by appointment to provide every client with a private, premium grooming experience. To protect appointment availability and respect the schedule of all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
Late Arrival
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
After the grace period, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show depending on the schedule.
No-Shows
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount.
Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for the full amount of the future bookings.
Why This Policy Exists
Phresh Express is a by-appointment luxury service. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking and affect the daily route schedule. This policy helps keep service professional, reliable, and fair for everyone.
